Erste Group Immorent Slovensko s.r.o., developer of IMMOPARK Košice logistics park, has signed a lease with the Slovakian branch of German-based multinational logistics company DACHSER to rent more than 1100 square metres.
Three logistics companies – Raben Logistics Slovakia, Transkam Slovakia and Raben Trans European Slovakia (formerly Wincanton) merged on Slovakia’s logistics market on 1 January 2012. This has resulted in Raben Logistics Slovakia becoming one of the biggest companies in the industry in Slovakia. The market leader has become a tenant at Košice IMMOPARK.
In January, we built up the first column in IMMOPARK Košice. More details about the first phase you can find in our newsletter IMMONEWS. For photos from this event visit Multimedia section.
The building development of IMMOPARK Košice is gaining momentum. Despite stagnation in the logistic property market, the Erste Group Immorent development company continues developing the network of Pan-European logistic parks.
“In the IMMOPARK Košice project, we have now completed the main road and finished the construction of underground services. Construction of halls for future tenants started last week,” explains Peter Malík, director of Erste Group Immorent Slovensko, s.r.o., to describe the current state of the project.
IMMOPARK is a new European network of logistics and industrial parks. We have launched a new website covering all our projects from Kosice, via Prague, Zilina to Croatia Zagreb. On this site you will find not only detailed information on our projects, contacts, as well as a newsletter ImmoNews to download. And many more.
